Executive Management Support

The task of Executive Management Support is to assist the Auditor General in directing the National Audit Office and in planning, developing and monitoring its activities and to direct the preparation of the office's reports and expert opinions to Parliament. Executive Management Support is responsible for analysing strategic risks for the national economy and government finances as well as related reporting and participates in the audit of the information base and effectiveness of fiscal policy. Executive Management Support is also responsible for the office's external and internal communications and publication services.

Executive Management Support is headed by Chief of Staff Tytti Yli-Viikari (on leave of absence). The acting Chief of Staff is Marko Männikkö. The Chief of Staff is assisted by the Deputy Head of Executive Management Support, Dr Tanja Tanayama.
