Tuula Sandholm is the Director of the Shared Services Unit. She was previously the Director for Administration at the National Audit Office, which she joined in 2020. She has previously worked, for example, as a Leading Legal Counsel and an HR Director and served in other administrative roles in different government agencies as well as in statute drafting and EU duties in a ministry. Sandholm is a Master of Laws trained on the bench and also holds an MBA degree.
