The NAOF's programme for young professionals provides professionals at the start of their careers with a comprehensive overview of the NAOF's activities and the central government.
The programme can also serve as a springboard for a career at the NAOF or elsewhere in the central government. At the same time, the programme provides the NAOF with fresh insights and new ideas, which support the agency’s work.
The current programme is the second one organized by the NAOF. It was launched in spring 2021 and will last until the end of 2022. The four young professionals selected to the programme participate in various audit projects and the NAOF’s other activities.
The NAOF’s first programme for young professionals was implemented in 2018–2019. It included working in different parts of the NAOF’s organization and performing various development tasks with the team.
